Mark Dawson

Mark Dawson is senior vice president of the Halliburton Completion and Production
Division, based in Houston, Texas. Previously, he served as vice president of the
Halliburton Completion Tools product service line. He is a member of the Company's
executive committee.

Mr. Dawson joined Halliburton in 1997 as completions engineer in Louisiana. Since
then, he has held various operations, business development, and management roles
in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. He became vice president of
Halliburton Completion Tools in 2017, where he was responsible for strategy and
business execution of the global product service line.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Tulane University in Louisiana, and he
is a 2009 graduate of the President’s Leadership Excellence Program.
